    My second pair of Free Rydr's so I should be sorted for many years (a previous issue - my fault - with the snap fastener was resolved by fabulous customer service). Great pair of trousers, very well finished, true to size and a thought-out design that provides ruggedness with a good degree of flexibility and great comfort.

    Great trousers and the best customer service

    I use Kuhl trousers for farming and they’re the best. Can’t recommend them higher. But when I had a small issue with some I bought customer service were amazing and had them replaced in days. Special mention to Mike. Thanks a lot!

    Snap fastener

    Put a proper metal button on instead of the useless snap fastener (which pops open every few minutes when bending, stretching, going up a ladder etc etc) and you've got a fantastic pair of pants.

    Slim fit

    If like me, you prefer plenty of room around the seat and hips, the Rydr is probably a better option for you than the Free Rydr. I already owned a pair of Rydr pants but thought I'd try a pair of Free Rydr, which according to the description, taper from the knee down. However, the Free Rydr is an altogether tighter and slimmer fit than the Rydr so I returned them for a no-quibble exchange to a second pair of Rydr pants (different colour of course). Kuhl clothing is fantastic quality. If you find the pair that fits you, you will love them as I do.
